1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Wood Diamond Events & Concierge (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Services
The Company provides event planning, event concierge, and event design services. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in a written agreement between the client and the Company prior to the start of any project.
3. Payment Terms
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified in your agreement.
- Payment Schedule: Full payment of services is required as outlined in the payment schedule provided during the booking process.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or result in a delay or cancellation of services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply based on the timeline and work already completed.
- Company Cancellations: If the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any payments made (excluding costs for completed services or deliverables) will be provided.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete event details, timelines, and required materials.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late provision of materials or approvals) may affect the project timeline and incur additional charges.
6. Vendor and Venue Coordination
- The Company may recommend third-party vendors or venues but is not responsible for their performance or quality of service.
- Clients are responsible for direct agreements and payments with third-party vendors unless otherwise specified.
7. Liability
- The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused during events.
- The Company will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the quality and safety of services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or unforeseen issues.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, concepts, and materials provided by the Company remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients are prohibited from reproducing, sharing, or using the Company’s intellectual property without permission.
9. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the event planning process.
11. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates.
